This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Sessions Court, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.14889 of 2024 dated 06.06.2024 and set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.17899 of 2024 dated 03.07.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.14889 of 2024 dated 06.06.2024 on the file of the Sessions Court, Chennai with a direction that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00.a.m., until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioners filed relaxation petition in Crl.M.P.No.17899 of 2024 before the Sessions Court, Chennai and the same was dismissed. Against which, the present petition is filed.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners in C.M.P.No.14889 of 2024 dated 2/4
06.06.2024 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
