ORDER

This petition is filed to extend the time in order dated 08.04.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.6281 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.818 of 2026

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to some financial problem, the amount, as directed by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6281 of 2026 in paragraph 5(i), the amount of Rs.8 lakhs was not deposited to the credit of C.C.No.574 of 2009 on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate No.III, George Town, Chennai.

3. He further submitted that now the petitioner has arranged the funds and he wants one week time to make compliance of the condition 5(i) of the order dated 08.04.2026. It was also assured by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after depositing the aforesaid amount, the deposit receipt shall be produced before this Court for taking the same on record.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that after the amount is deposited, he may be permitted to withdraw the same and condition No.5(ii) may be modified accordingly.

5. After considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, he is allowed one week and no more further time to make compliance of condition No.5(i) of the order dated 08.04.2026. He is directed to produce deposit receipt on the next date fixed, failing which, the trial court is directed to proceed as per condition 5(vi) of the order dated 08.04.2026.

6. Put up this case for orders on 19.06.2026 before the appropriate  Bench.
