ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenue viz., Kanchana, Sariska and Subisha, wife and daughters of the petitioner. 2.

The second respondent who is the Inspector of Police, Morappur Police Station has produced the detenue and the first detenue has been enquired about the relationship between her and the petitioner and she stated that the petitioner is her husband. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not present and also considering that the detenue have been produced, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
