The petitioner herein alleging that the 3rd respondent is harassing him under the guise of enquiry on the complaint which is predominantly civil in nature. A money dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 12 to 14 been given a criminal colour and under the guise of enquiring the complaint, the 3rd respondent threatening the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents 5 to 14 indulged in abduction and assault and when that was reported to the respondent police vide complaint dated 05.07.2024 through registered post, same not properly investigated. 2/4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that as far as the complaint regarding the money transaction, summon was issued to the petitioner herein for participating in the enquiry and after enquiry the complaint was closed. In so far as the alleged complaint dated 05.07.2024 regarding abduction and assault alleged to have been sent by registered post, he submits that the same will be considered and action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition filed seeking police protection is closed.
