This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents in accordance with law for the willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No. 30479 of 2018 dated 25.01.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition and he has made the following endorsement to that effect:- "The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Cont.P.No.1394 of 2019."

3. In view of the same, this contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
