JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S. RAMESH, J.) The Trial Court had rejected the appellant's bail application, predominantly on the ground that earlier, a non-bailable warrant was issued against the appellant herein on 23.09.2021 and he could be secured only on 27.03.2024. We find from the records that the charges are yet to be framed in the present case.

2. In this background, if the appellant's request for bail is considered, serious prejudice may be caused to the prosecution's case. As such, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the Trial Court.
