Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings made in Ref.ACW/PER/2010 dated 30.06.2010 passed by the second respondent and the consequential order made in ACAa/Employment/Handicapped/2010 dated 04.08.2010 and the order made in ACAa/Employment/Handicapped/2010 dated 25.09.2010 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner to the suitable post in the second respondent Corporation under the Physically Handicapped quota.
