This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.572 of 2007 on the file of the respondent police, in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.572 of 2007 was completed and the accused were discharged on 17.07.2015 from the prosecution in C.C.No.318 of 2011 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhavani.
