The Principal District Judge, Vellore by Letter in Dis. No. 10148/2023/OS dated 26.09.2023 has explained the reasons for not being able to comply the order to pass judgment in C.T.A. No. 13 of 2022 within the time stipulated in the order dated 12.08.2022 and extended in the order dated 15.06.2023 in W.P. No. 21280 of 2022 passed by this Court.

Accepting the reasons stated, time is extended for passing judgment in the said case till 31.12.2023 and report of compliance shall be sent to the Registry within a week from the date of passing judgment.
