The present Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent police to execute the non-bailable warrant and produce the first respondent/accused in S.T.C.No.1785 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry so as to undergo the period of sentence.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the accused in S.T.C.No.1785 of 2021 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry, been secured on 18.07.2024 executing nonbailable warrant issued against him. In view of the above fact, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
