This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order of the learned XVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai made in I.A.No.9853 of 2012 in O.S.No.8539 of 2010 dated 08.11.2012.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.8539 of 2010 itself was dismissed for default and nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
