Respondent Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to Register and Return the Sale Deed dated 8.10.2003, with pending No.47 of 2003 in respect of the property land and building at Door No.196/1, Arcot Road (NSK Salai), Vadapalani, Chennai-600 026, comprised in Survey No.5/11 (Part), Block No.5 of Saligramam Village, with an extent of 11 grounds and 1473 sq.feet after making necessary endorsement under Section 47(A) of the Stamp Act.
