The petition is to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 22.4.2022 passed in W.P.No.1213 of 2022.

Notice has been served on the respondent and name has also been printed in the cause-list. But none appeared on behalf of the respondent.

We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, the delay of 29 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
