Non appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner. 2.The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2011.

3.In the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it has been stated that the writ petitioner was an employee of the respondent Port Trust and retired from service on 30.06.1992, on attaining the age of superannuation. In the affidavit, it has been further stated that the petitioner's wife Tmt.A.Rita mary was originally nominated in his Service Records, however, due to her sudden death on 08.07.2010, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents to change the nominee and further requested to include the name of his daughter namely Tmt.Lily Sagayamary, as nominee in his Service Records and in Pension Records. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 29.07.2011 and the same is yet to be considered.

4.Under such circumstances, without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 29.07.2011 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Rpa 03.11.2017
