The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the punishment of compulsory retirement imposed against the petitioner on the charge of receiving illegal gratification.
2. When the matter was listed on 18.10.2024, the same was adjourned today to proceed with the matter, failing which the same would be dismissed. In spite of adjourning the matter on condition, no one is representing on behalf of the petitioner.
