R,SURIYA PRAKASH Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the trial court on the basis of the sentence imposed in Crl.Appeal No.52 of 2017 by I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode dated 19.01.2018 by confirming the judgment of conviction imposed in CC No.544 of 2013 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode dated 25.01.2017,be and hereby is exempted.
