This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition dated 31.05.2018 imposed by the Vacation Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District in Crl.MP.No.1856 of 2018 in Crime No.4 of 2018, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Cheyyar Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioners have been released on bail on 31.05.2018 by the Vacation Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, in Crl.MP.No.1856 of 2018, on certain conditions, one of which is that they should report before the Vacation Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai, every day at 10.30. a.m. until further orders. The petitioners filed the present petition for modification of the above said condition on the ground that they are coolie workers.

3. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioners may approach the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai District and seek necessary relaxation.

4. It is represented that the petitioners had not complied with the order of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, immediately after their release from custody, on account of which, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, is not permitting the accused to report before him. The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, is directed to permit the petitioners to comply with the earlier directions and thereafter, entertain their petition for relaxation.
