Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl. RC.No.560/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in .S.T.C.No.199 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate (FTC No.II) Erode by a Judgement dated 05.09.2017 and the same was confirmed by the Appellate Court in C.A.No.275/2018 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode by a judgement dated 16.03.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.No.560/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Considering the fact that there are arguable points in the revision and taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and this Court is inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/accused.
2. The sentence of the imprisonment imposed on the petitioner shall stand suspended and she shall be released on bail on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Erode and after her release, shall has to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of
eight weeks from the date of her release and further, she shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Erode, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, pending disposal of the revision.
