ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to dispose the representation of the petitioner with the request to issue a specific proceedings to the effect that 4% reservation shall be made for disabled persons in terms of G.O.(Ms).No.13, Welfare of Differently Abled Persons (DAP.3.2) Department dated 02.03.2016. 2.This writ petition is disposed without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case by directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2021 and dispose the same on merits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
