Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to register the petitioner name in the service register of her deceased husband P.Murugavelu Staff.No.18350 as wife including the names of their children borne out of him based upon all legal documents submitted to the 1st respondent and to pay the petitioner all the terminal benefits including Family Pension, Gratuity Amount, Provident Fund, Leave Salary and all other legal benefits with interest at the rate of 6% per annum within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and to grant her the interest at the rate of 18% per annum for the belated settlement from the date of default to till the date of settlement within the time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
