O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) Earlier, this Court by an order dated 06.08.2020 in W.P.No.32147 of 2019 directed the 2nd respondent therein to pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks. Since the order was not complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent had passed the order dated 18.03.2021 and he has also produced the copy of the order. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. Recording the above submissions, the order passed by this Court is duly complied with. Hence, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
