ORDER
The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.18882 of 2021 dated 08.09.2021.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18882 of 2021, has been complied with vide G.O.(D).No.334, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (CL1) Department dated 20.12.2022.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
4. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to reopen the contempt petition, in case, there is any delay in releasing the amounts that may be due to petitioner.
