Heard Mr. G.Sankaran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 07.03.202 in W.P. No. 5036 of 2022 passed by the Court. 3.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced the copy of the proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 2931/A2/2022 dated 19.09.2022 passed by the Second Respondent in furtherance to the aforesaid order passed by the Court and receipt of its copy is acknowledged by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner in that regard. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any other grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is not 2/4

precluded from working out its rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
