This application has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee in Crl.O.P.No.14050 of 2023 by order dated 28.06.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.14050 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further period of two weeks is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions.
