Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the survey to find out the unauthorised schools and to take appropriate steps to close down the unauthorised schools as per law and to submit the report before this Court as early as possible and also to file a compliance report stating that there is no educational institution being run in the State of Tamilnadu without appropriate permission from the competent authority and also directing the 1st 2nd and 5th respondents to incorporate the appropriate provisions in the Motor Vehciles Act and in the Tamilnadu Motor Vehicles Rules governing the safety school children transport.
