ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.K.Nithyashree, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Government

Pleader for the respondent.

2. It is submitted that after the order was passed by this Court, on 07.09.2023, show-cause notice, along with report of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, has been issued to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same was received on 11.09.2023 and that the petitioner would file a reply within a fortnight from today.

4. The petitioner may file a reply to the show-cause notice within a fortnight from today. The State Level Scrutiny Committee shall thereafter decide the proceedings within six weeks from the date of receipt of the reply.

5. With these observations and directions, the contempt petition is disposed of.
