ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.Haritha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondents.

2. We do not appreciate the manner in which the writ petition has been filed. Direction is sought to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2023. The writ petition drafted earlier is filed immediately after 15.07.2023. Some reasonable time will have to be accorded to the authority to take steps qua the representation. The petitioner may prosecute the representation with the authority. If the authority does not consider the representation within a reasonable time, then the petitioner may raise a grievance.

3. With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
