This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.T.C No.292 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
2.This case is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1356 of 2018 etc batch, dated 20.09.2018. Accordingly, the proceedings in S.T.C No.292 of 2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
