2. Though a wider relief has been sought for in this writ petition, it is noticed that the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2021 has not received attention so far.

3. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed at the time of admission by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
