ORDER
Heard Mr.R.Rajamani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Thamizharasan, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
2. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to issue a certified copy of the document bearing document No.852/1964, registered in Book-1, on the file of the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner is defending a civil case and to prove her title, the document is required.
4. Today Mrs.K.Uma, Sub Registrar, Saidapet, Joint-II, is present before this Court along with the relevant Register for perusal of this Court.

5. It is to be noted that the sale deed sought for by the petitioner is found in a highly damaged condition. After physical verification, this Court is of the opinion, certified copy of the sale deed could not be furnished.
