..Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS directing the respondents to produce his brother's son, namely, R. Prasanth, aged about 22 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to produce his brother's son, namely, R.Prasanth, before this Court and to set him at liberty.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu was produced before this Court by the first respondent. The petitioner and his counsel are also present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. On enquiry, the detenu has stated that as he was interested in leading the spiritual life, he had left his house on his own in search of spiritualism. However, now the detenu has expressed his willingness to go along with the petitioner and the petitioner has also agreed to take the detenu along with him.
4. Admittedly, the detenu is a major, as his date of birth is shown in the Voter Identity Card, as 27.08.1994. Since the detenu being a major and having expressed his desire to go along with the petitioner, the detenu is permitted to go along with the petitioner, as per his wish.
In such circumstances, we are of the view that no further orders are necessary. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
