C.M.P.No.8259 of 2016 in C.M.A.SR.No.4966 of 2014 T.MATHIVANAN.J, Today this matter has been taken up for hearing under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court has passed an order dated 22.06.2016 directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.500/- towards cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court, Madras but the same has been deposited to the High Court Legal Services Authority. Therefore, the earlier order dated 22.06.2016 might be recalled.

3. It appears that the direction of this court has been complied with by the appellant/Transport Corporation but the cost has been wrongly paid to the High Court Legal Services Authority and that may not be an impediment and therefore, the order passed on 22.06.2016 is recalled.

With the above observation, this petition is disposed of.
