ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2026, seeking appropriate action in respect of the alleged fraudulent Sale Deed registered as Document No.456 of 2012, dated 09.02.2012 and connected transactions, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. At the outset, it was submitted by learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 that second respondent would consider petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, respondents 4 and 5, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for respondent would submit that enquiry is underway.
4. In view thereof, there shall be a direction to second respondent, to consider petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, respondents 4 and 5 and any other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case.
5. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
