(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The endeavour of the learned counsel for the appellant to contact the appellant is not successful and he produces a letter of intimation which is sent back with the endorsement of 'no such person staying there'. The endorsement is also capable of being construed as 'no such person remain'
2.The controversy in question is of enforcement of a bond of Rs.20,000/- and one does not know whether the appellant is there and has any interest in prosecuting the same, that too after scrutiny at two levels in the original suit of 1983. 3.We, thus, see no reason to spend time on this appeal and close the same with liberty to the learned counsel to revive the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
