This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members except due process of law on the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the petitioner's mother Chandra.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police is calling the petitioner and her father, who is a senior citizen during odd hours for enquiry in Crime No.1049 of 2019, thereby causing harassment.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent submitted de-facto complainant is none other than the mother of the petitioner. She lodged a complaint against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

her husband and the petitioner who is none other than her daughter and the same is registered in Crime No.1049 of 2019 and earlier to that, she lodged a complaint on 05.09.2021 stating that the petitioner was kidnapped by her brother and the same and registered in Cr.No.784/2021 and another complaint was lodged on 06.09.2021, stating that the motor bike belonging to her son was broken by the petitioner's brother and there have been a steam of complaints given by her. He further submitted that the de-facto complainant also lodged a petition seeking maintenance before the Collector and the respondent police, finding that it is a family dispute had conducted the enquiry and now the petitioner is not required for any enquiry. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
