A.No.3784 of 2021 in C.S.No.133 of 2021 V.PARTHIBAN.J., This Application is filed to permit the correction of the clause 8 of the Compromise memo to the effect that the sentence shall begin with "The plaintiff" instead of "The defendant" and consequently similar correction be made in the judgment and Decree of this Court made in the above suit in C.S.No.133 of 2021.

Accordingly, Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order copy in clause 8 of the compromise Memo and issue fresh order copy.
