The Petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the Respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 468, 470, 471 & 420 of IPC in Crime No.126 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that, the Defacto Complainant is the Village Administrative Officer of Navapatty group village and based on the information received from the Tahsildar of Mettur on 20.06.2023, he enquired the Petitioner, who is the owner of Azhagi E-Service centre and found that the Petitioner prepared various fake Government Certificates i.e., Ration card, Community Certificate and Nativity Certificate at Azhagi E-Service Centre. Hence the complaint.

3.No one represented on behalf of the Petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the Respondent would submit that there is no e-seva centre outlets owned by private persons and he is vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. 5.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 6.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. 1/ 3

Side), I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. 7.Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
