The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records relating the award dated 19.07.2013 of the second respondent made in I.D.No.31 of 2010 quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to pay the entire wages for the period of forced unemployment from 29.07.2004 to 09.06.2010

requested this Court that the writ petition may be dismissed as abated. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the death of the writ petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
