The learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs submits that he has no objection for allowing the application for condoning the delay in re-presenting the Written Statement filed by the first defendant/first respondent.

2. It is noticed that already all the other defendants/respondents have filed their Written Statement. Considering the above, the delay is condoned and this application is allowed.

Time is granted to the applicants/plaintiffs to file their reply statement if any within a period of thirty days from today, i.e., on 03.03.2023.
