to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling upon the records on the 2nd respondent in respect of the impugned refusal slip dated 02.06.2023 in Refusal No.RFL/Anna Nagar/40/2023 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the Sale Certificate presented by the petitioner and the 4th respondent on 02.06.2023 by making Book No-I entry.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner would make necessary request to the authorized officer to communicate the Sales Certificate to the registering authority under Section 89(4) of the Registration Act for entering the Sales Certificate in the registry concerned and accordingly, permission is sought for to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
