Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent relating to the proceedings dated 29.02.2016 and the proceedings of the first respondent relating to Endorsement A.Thi.Mu.No.3322/2016 Sa.Pa dated 03.05.2016 and to quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the return of the revision filed before the appropriate authority. The petitioner challenges the same, as if it is a rejection order. 2.Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Standing Counsel for Cooperative Societies, took notice for the first respondent and Mr.M.S.Palaniswamy, learned counsel, took notice for the second and third respondents, and submitted that the petitioner has not presented the application properly. They further submitted that if the same is presented properly, it will be considered in accordance with law.

3.On a careful perusal of the impugned proceedings, this Court finds that it is only a return, as the petitioner has not produced the original challan for payment of money. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to re-present the revision with necessary papers within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
