This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1444 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27951 of 2022 on 15.02.2023 to report before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e., on the 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case is over and show-cause notice is issued and he requested that petitioner may be directed to appear on summons.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned DRI on receipt of summons.
