Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to under take the Kullakaruppan Temple under the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department considering the Petitioner representation dated 07.06.2019.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to take over the Kullakaruppan Temple by considering the representation dated 07.06.2019 made by the Petitioner. 2.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Sixth Respondents, on instructions, states that the representation dated 07.06.2019 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order dated 27.09.2019 passed by the Third Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. He has further filed a memo dated 30.09.2019 on behalf of the Third Respondent stating that in pursuance of the said order, steps are being taken to bring the Temple under the control of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, within a period of one month. The report of compliance in that regard shall be filed before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 16.12.2019.
