ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 12.03.2025, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7117 of 2025, thereby directed the respondent to proceed with the

enquiry and submit report before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and submitted report before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, on 20.03.2025 and therefore, no contempt is made out.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, is directed to pass orders on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as per the report submitted by the respondent in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
