The petition is to quash the FIR in Crime No.20 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. However, Mr.S.Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that pursuant to the investigation, final report has been filed in C.C.No. 63 of 2023 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thindivanam. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all their points before the trial Court.
