The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.03.2022 on execution of Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the learned XIX Additional Session's Judge at Chennai for the offence under Sections 341, 302 read with 34 of IPC in S.C.No.78 of 2019 connected with Cr.No.3 of 2013(on the file of the respondent police), seeks bail.
2. It is a case of Section 302 of IPC. The petitioner was absent before the trial Court on 01.09.2021. Thereafter, he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on execution of NBW on 17.03.2022. That apart, the petitioner is so far involved in 11 previous cases, in which mostly are under Sections 392 & 397 of IPC. Further, one of the other accused persons is also absconding and NBW is pending. If the petitioner is let out on bail, he will again abscond and entire trial will be staled.
