By consent this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner would state that he purchased agricultural patta dry land having an extent of 63⁄4 cents (2943 sq.ft.,) in old Patta No.347, situate in Thagamtheerthapuram Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Villupuram District from one Thangavel, through a registered sale deed dated 15.11.1999, bearing Document No.2632/1999, registered on the file of the SubRegistrar, Chinnasalem Taluk, Villupuram District. The petitioner often facing difficultly and hardship from the third respondent, who is trying to grab the land with the help of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

revenue officials. The petitioner, in order to protect his possession, made a request to the second respondent to survey and identify the boundaries of his land and in this regard, has also submitted a representation dated 01.01.2016 to the respondents and it was also received and acknowledged, however, nothing has been done so far and therefore, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. The petitioner/party-in-person would submit that the petitioner has also paid the necessary fees on 18.06.2015 along with the application dated 19.06.2015 and despite that no orders have been passed, came forward to file this Writ Petition.

4. This Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to act on the application for pointing Field Boundary Line dated 19.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
