The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316, 351 of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the current paper enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today. If the petitioners' appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioners.

4. The intervenor/de-facto complainant shall make his objections to the enquiry officer during enquiry.
