ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 29.06.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18262 of 2020, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in FIR No.1078 of 2020 and file final report within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.1078 of 2020 and filed charge sheet on 10.03.2026 and same was taken on file in RCS No.59 of 2026 dated 16.03.2026 on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
