This petition has been filed seeking to amend the cause title in the above said Writ Petition by inserting the name of the petitioner as 'Tamil Nadu Grama Bank'

formerly know as 'Pallavan Grama Bank'.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Bank and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
